Hailing from the vibrant landscapes of Washington DC and Toronto, Lade embarked on her journey in social entrepreneurship when she relocated to Atlanta in 2013. In 2017, she earned her degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.) with dual concentrations in Strategy and Management Consulting, along with Business and Society, from Emory University.
