On March 21, 2023 In Atlanta, GA, Marsh McLennan hosted their 1st Equity=Possibility Black Leaders Symposium, Enabling Resilience in a Changing World.

The event brought together over 100 senior Black executives, C-Suite leaders, and the Mayor of Atlanta. The Black Renaissance Group was invited to lead discussion on the most pressing business challenges and opportunities facing the community.
